I know most of us have Google as our homepage. Instead, why dont you make Google Suggest as your homepage? I know your next question. why? The answer is that it actually aids in rephrasing/refining your search.
Google Suggest is nothing but google search plus good real-time suggestions. As you type into the search box, google will offer suggestions based out of data collected from the overall popularity of various related searches. For e.g. if you wanna search for 'How to download books from google book search'. As you type 'How to download books' in the search box, google suggest offers related suggestions which also helps in saving your typing time.
